Creative teams need exciting environments to build team spirit. Last month, smartmicro team members climbed to the highest levels, during the latest company event.
An afternoon spent on a high ropes course turned out to be not only a fun experience but also a great team-building activity. Our teammates motivated each other to climb the most challenging routes and helped one another cross the difficult obstacles. It was great to witness how the colleagues support and cheer for each other - just like they do in their daily work.
