smartmicro never stops pioneering innovation. A prime example of that are our activities in IPCEI (Important Projects of Common European Interest), intended to strengthen the European semiconductor industry and supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action and European Union Next Generation EU. This initiative aims to bring together knowledge, expertise, financial resources, and economic actors across the European Union to develop semiconductor technology.
In the spirit of collaboration, we are excited to partner up with NXP Semiconductors to drive automotive radar innovation. In February, we had the great pleasure of hosting a team of NXP subject matter experts in smartmicro's headquarters in Braunschweig to kick off the project.
Our team is excited about the outcomes of the initial discussions and looks forward to the next steps of the project.
