This week we hosted the first User Forum US since the launch of smartmicro US. A group of our North American partners and distributors gathered in Lake Mary, Florida, where the smartmicro US warehouse is located, and joined our team for two days of collaboration and innovation.
During this event, we shared the traffic product roadmap, talked about the upcoming releases and discussed the latest firmware updates. We shared insights on intersection and highway management, empowering our partners with knowledge and best practices to enhance their operations.
But it wasn't just about sharing information – we also took the time to listen. We listened to our partners' feedback and challenges, ensuring that we understood their needs and could deliver the best possible results.
