How to Monitor Intersections in Smart Cities efficiently

The term Smart City has already been thoroughly examined from many different perspectives. With the increasing number of vehicles on the streets, the demand of monitoring entire intersection areas, including the inner part of the intersection, is growing.

Usually, different detection technologies installed at intersections do not communicate with each other.
