smartmicro sensors deployed in Denmark

smartmicro’s partner in Denmark, ITS Teknik, has won a tender called the Road Traffic Signal System (RTSS).

Several hundred smartmicro sensors will be installed at 60 intersections in Copenhagen and 8 surrounding municipalities.

In the first phase of the project, the sensors are connected to traffic controllers to detect vehicles and bicycles in advanced traffic scenarios. We look forward to seeing ever more intersections in our neighbor country equipped with smartmicro technology. Another step on our mission to make roads safer for pedestrians and bicyclists.
