smartmicro in local newspaper

This week smartmicro has made it into local newspaper “Braunschweiger Zeitung”.

In this week the City of Braunschweig’s Mayor Ulrich Markurth visited smartmicro together with Gerold Leppa (Head of the Department of Economic Affairs) and Dr. Thorsten Kornblum (Head of the Department of Digitalization and Smart City) to see our company's new building, just completed in April.

"I am very proud that an international company like smartmicro, one of the pioneers in the field of radar sensors and systems for the automotive sector and especially for automated driving, has its headquarters in Braunschweig and is also steadily expanding it," said Mayor Ulrich Markurth. The paper interviewed smartmicro founders Prof. Hermann Rohling and Dr. Ralph Mende.
