Deine Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt das Sales Team operativ und kommunizierst selbstständig mit unseren Kunden
- Dazu gehört die Erstellung von Angeboten, Kundendokumenten und Präsentationen nach Vorgaben
- Auch pflegst Du die CRM Software, sowie das ERP System für vertriebsrelevante Prozesse
- Du planst und koordinierst die Termine und Reisen des Sales Teams
Deine Stärken:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb/Sales wünschenswert
- Du hast Erfahrungen im Umgang mit einer ERP und CRM Software
- Du überzeugst durch eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Auch bist Du teamfähig und kommunikationsstark
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung, weitere Fremdsprachen (z. B. Spanisch) sind vorteilhaft

Your Tasks:
- You support the sales team operationally and communicate independently with our customers
- This includes the creation of offers, customer documents and presentations according to specifications
- You maintain the CRM software (Sales Force) as well as the ERP system for sales relevant processes
- Considering the guidelines, you create product labels
- All appointments and travels of the sales team are planned and coordinated by you
Your Strenghts:
- Completed administrative training
- Profund professional experience in sales and/or order management
- You have experience in using ERP and CRM software
- You convince with an independent, reliable and structured way of working
- Also, you are a team player and have good communication skills
- Fluent German and English are a requirement, other foreign languages (e.g. Spanish) are advantageous
