Technical Sales Manager Traffic Management (m/f/d)

Located in Russia (Moscow Region)

 

The position requires a Russian passport. The Technical Sales Manager has the overall responsibility for the business and the strategic, operative and structural development of our traffic radar portfolio.

 

 
Core Responsibilities
  • Create new and improve existing business relationships
  • Obtain market knowledge including customers, products and competition
  • Development and expand sales in Russia
    • operative sales activities
    • develop new sales and marketing strategies
  • Continuous feedback to the Head of Sales in Germany
  • Preparation of sales- and profit planning according to the guidelines
  • Help to establish a local structure in Russia
 
What we expect from you
  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering with a strong affinity to sales
  • At least 5 years of work experience in sales with a very strong technical
    background
  • Experience in doing business with government authorities and/or related
    authorities in Russia as well as experience in the ITS market
  • Ability to develop a market
  • Ability to communicate technical/complex topics clearly in both oral and written
    forms in Russian and English. German is not required, but a plus
  • Willingness to travel to customers and distributors all over Russia
  • Skills with a CRM software
  • Entrepreneurship with the goal to strengthen smartmicro’s market position in
    Russia
